We gladly accept eligible returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Include all original tags, certificates, and packaging.
Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Show no signs of wear, damage, resizing, alterations, or modifications.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-designed or personalized jewelry.
Rings that have been resized or otherwise modified at the customer’s request.
Special orders made specifically for a customer.
Items that have been damaged, altered, or repaired after delivery.
Jewelry showing signs of misuse, excessive wear, scratches, or stone replacement.
Inspection & Authentication
Every returned item undergoes a thorough inspection by our jewelry specialists to verify its authenticity, condition, and completeness before a refund or exchange is approved.
Amilino Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a fully insured shipping service with tracking, as Amilino Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
